Main Bath Fixtures- 

  • Vanity Top & Sink 

(Note: The vanity drawers need to clear the existing water lines and drain on the back wall. This only applies to plumbing that is not getting moved. Ask us for more information). (Recommend – https://www.arielbath.com/, Home Depot online, Lowe’s, Wayfair). 

  • Vanity Faucet (Recommend – Delta, Moen, or Kohler)  
  • Vanity Light 
  • Medicine Cabinet 
  • Free standing tub faucet (Recommend – Delta) 

Shower/Tub Items-

  • Free standing tub: (Recommend – Advance Plumbing – Walled Lake, Wayfair, Furguson, Home Depot, Lowe’s 
  • Shower/Tub Faucet Set with shower head, faucet, and tub spout if applicable– make sure the valve is included.  

(Look for a Delta or Moen shower fixture that has a valve included. (Shop for a mid-grade or higher fixtures) 

  • Matching shower/tub drain

Walls & Flooring Items- 

  • Tile selection(s) (Recommend – Trends in Tile, Brighton (granite and quartz tops as well), The Tile Shop, Floor & Décor, Tilebar – online). Also can be found at Lowe’s and Home Depot. 
  • Grout color(s) (Recommend – Mapei brand Ultra Color FA at Lowe’s or Floor & Décor) 
  • Paint color(s)  
  • Vinyl Plank or Vinyl Tile Flooring and door transition strip (if applicable) (Recommend – LifeProof at Home Depot, Pergo and Stainmaster at Lowe’s. 

Accessories- 

  • Robe hook(s)
  • Mirror
  • Shelf(s)
  • Towel Bar(s)
  • Towel Ring(s)
  • TP Holder

The above items are a purchasing guide of the most common items needed for bathroom remodels. Additionally, you will not need to purchase all of these as many are included in your estimate. However, we will need your selections prior to beginning your bathroom remodeling project.
